Nov 8th - "Coming Home: Part 1" - Redirecting our hearts back to our Heavenly home. For some the thought of going home bring feelings of pain. For others warmth and love. But our true home is not where we reside - it's a place we can only find in our hearts. It's time we set our hearts NOT on what we don't have - but in what we DO have in Christ. God wants our homes to be a place of joy, peace, and healing. Reset your compass this month back to the things that make a home a home - turn your eyes to Jesus and come home to Him!
Nov 15th - "Coming Home: Part 2" - What would it be like if we lived a lifestyle mirroring the Father's love in our home? In Luke 15 the father of the prodigal son watched endlessly and hopefully for his son to come home. If we mirror that kind of love in our homes God will make them a place of safety, healing and freedom for many. Is your home open to the prodigals? The prodigal son wold have never come home if he didn't have a loving father. Lets learn to mirror that love and open our homes to the lost and hurting. Jesus came to make his home among us - now it's our turn to bring others into His home. Nov 22nd & 29th - "The Christmas List: Part 1 & Part 2" - In this powerful 2-part series we will explore the unselfish nature of our Heavenly Father. Our society is so geared about lists of wants and needs. Our children are inundated with an endless stream of what they have to have to be happy. Well, our question to ponder for is: What is God's Christmas list? What do you think it would be? What would the Lord want most for you and your family to receive? Would it be centered around your physical wants and needs? There is nothing that God could not provide for you, so what does he want most for you to have? Find out in this two-week series the amazing things that the Lord wants to bring into your life during the season of life that you are in - and how his unselfish nature entering into your heart will change everything about what your desires are, not only for yourself but for others around you.
